About Me

Our breath is always the first to respond to new circumstances and situations: When we relax, our breathing slows down and becomes calmer; when we’re afraid, our breathing becomes fast and shallow; and when we laugh, sometimes we even get stomach aches from laughing so much.

As an actress and voice artist, I began focusing on my breathing over 20 years ago. Unlike in „normal life,“ we actors use breath consciously to create and express emotions.
I learned how to play with my breath and use it according to the situation in acting or dubbing. In doing so, I became aware of my breath and used it consciously in my performances to immerse myself in a given situation.

In everyday life, this is often not as easy. When we are stressed or suffer from anxiety or panic attacks, it’s difficult to calm down and return to normal breathing.

In my courses, I guide you step by step toward healthy and natural breathing. The most important thing is first to become aware of your breath, followed by raising your CO2 tolerance.

With the help of your breath, you will be able to better manage situations where you feel anxious or stressed. Athletes learn how to improve their performance through better breathing.

And for those who need to speak a lot in their profession—whether on the phone or in presentations before a team—I provide the necessary knowledge and tools to ensure that, even at the end of the day, your voice remains strong.
